For our spin on a classic cobb salad, we lightened things up and let the veggies do the talking. We start with a base of fresh mixed greens, then layer in crisp watermelon radish and sweet grape tomatoes. Then we add our tangy lemon-dill chicken, rich blue cheese and smoky roasted sunflower seeds. To tie it all together, we toss everything with a velvety avocado green goddess dressing.
