Crispy Taco Salad
Tangy lime juice. Creamy avocado. Earthy beans. Smoky chilies. In our humble opinion, nothing beats Mexican cuisine when it comes to fresh flavours and crave-worthy dishes. And this colourful, tangy salad is an homage to some of our favourite techniques and ingredients from south of the border. We start with a base of crisp mixed greens, then layer in cilantro roasted corn, earthy black beans, creamy chunks of avocado, rich cheddar cheese, fresh veggies and addictively crispy tortilla strips. To top it off? A smoky, spicy maple-chipotle vinaigrette and a dash of Tajin spice.
