Tofu Banh Mi
Fusing the best elements of Vietnamese cuisine with the rich, savoury elements of French cooking, the Banh Mi comes in many forms. Ours combines zesty cilantro-lime tofu with the tart-sweetness of pickled carrot & daikon and crisp cucumbers. Then we top it off with a mix of romaine, kale, peppery arugula and cabbage drizzled in carrot ginger dressing, all inside our perfectly baked bread.
