Tofu Banh Mi
Fusing the best elements of Vietnamese cuisine with the rich, savoury elements of French cooking, the Banh Mi comes in many forms. Ours combines zesty cilantro-lime tofu with the tart-sweetness of pickled carrot & daikon and cucumber. Then we top it off with a mix of romaine, kale, peppery arugula and cabbage drizzled in chili peanut dressing, all inside our perfectly baked rosemary & sea salt bread.
